Eternal Radiance Ayurveda is the premier provider in the Southwest for authentic Panchakarma therapy. Panchakarma is a signature treatment in Ayurveda and one of the most effective healing, detoxifying and rejuvenating practices to restore your physical, mental and spiritual energies. Panchakarma removes the excess accumulation of doshas, corrects imbalances, eliminates harmful toxins out of your system and purifies your entire being the very deepest level. Panchakarma sharpens the senses, steadies the mind, promotes glowing skin, increases strength~vigor~vitality, slows aging and increases longevity! It is a delightful and profound process which leaves you feeling light, bright, healthy, vibrant and radiantly rejuvenated!

We are bombarded daily with the benefits of different types of cleanses. Some of these popular cleanses focus on extreme fasting or specific diets. These types of cleanses can damage our mind-body system and lead to problems like muscle damage, digestive disturbances, compromised immunity, to name a few. While some might achieve positive results, these are not sustainable methods of purification.

In Panchakarma and generally in Ayurveda, we do not follow any extreme diets, practices or herbs. Instead, we pave the way for sustainable health and wellbeing using moderate but effective seasonal adjustments, from the 5,000-year-old time-tested wisdom tradition of Ayurveda.

Ayurvedic traditional Panchakarma begins with a comprehensive consultation and assessment with Deborah Garland. This consultation may be done at Eternal Radiance Ayurveda or remotely via Zoom if you prefer. Deborah then designs an authentic Panchakarma protocol for you. You receive royal attention every step of the way to help you release mental, emotional, physical and spiritual residues and create clear, clean, sparkling pathways for your vital energies to flow.

Phase 1 Purvakarma: consists of clearing Ama and  strengthening the digestive fire through herbs and special diet. This is followed by oleation with internal administration of  Ayurvedic herbal ghee. Once optimum  oleation  is attained, external oleation and sudation with herbs may be recommended.  Both of these processes help facilitate smooth removal of unwanted substances from the body and are done from your home.

Phase 2 Panchakarma: consists of purgation, external oleation and sudation, nasya, and vasti. During this phase, various Ayurvedic body treatments are given each day to facilitate effective release of morbid dosha. These treatments typically include abhyanga, shirodhara, swedana along with other treatments as appropriate for your ultimate care.

All body treatments are done in your home by a trained Panchakarma therapist. Panchakarma is a time for resetting your body, mind and spirit. This is a time for deep self-care. It is not a time to run errands, work, shop, visit friends or go out and about. You should consider this time as a wonderfully healing staycation in the serenity and comfort of your home.

The final step is the most important phase in the process, Phase 3 Pshatkarma –Rejuvenation:   In  this  stage, nourishing foods are   slowly introduced, along with herbs that nourish the weak Srotas or channels in our body. The entire process brings balance at the physical, mental, emotional and even spiritual level.

Following are SAMPLE Panchakarma price estimates, where # of days refers to days of hands-on treatments. The total protocol time is around 30+ days. Payment arrangements are welcome, and some clients choose to pay in smaller increments. We’re happy to work with you so that Panchakarma is accessible given your financial circumstances.
