Most orders are processed within 48 hours of receipt. Priority shipping orders received after 1pm Mountain Standard Time (MST) will be processed the next business day. Processing time does not include weekends. Orders placed on Friday after 1pm MST, as well as Saturday and Sunday, will be processed the following Monday. We apologize, but currently we are unable to process and ship orders outside of the United States.
SHIPPING & HANDLING
FREE STANDARD GROUND SHIPPING is offered on all orders, not including sales tax. Free shipping offers are not valid on Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico orders.
OVERNIGHT AND SECOND DAY SHIPPING is available for an additional charge. These are considered Priority Orders and must be placed before 1pm Mountain Standard Time (MST) to be processed on the same business day.
SHIPPING CHARGES are based on package weight and delivery location. We cannot deliver shipments to P.O. Boxes or military installations.
Business Days: Monday - Friday, excluding Federal Holidays within the United States, as well as the day after Thanksgiving.
We want you to be happy and completely satisfied. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return items purchased through our online store for a full refund, if within 14 days of original purchase and have used less than 2/3 of the bottle. There is no refund for shipping costs and we cannot accept any used or unused skincare products after 14 days. To return your purchase, please first call Eternal Radiance Ayurveda at 602.760.6403 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA number). Please have your receipt and order number available. We can provide a shipping label upon request, however shipping costs will be deducted from your refund if our shipping label is used. You are welcome to use any mail provider that is most convenient for you, however, please note that Eternal Radiance Ayurveda is not responsible for shipping fees or lost/stolen packages. For returns, your account will be refunded once we have received your return shipment.
We are unable to refund shipping charges on returns or exchanges and we cannot accept any used or unused skincare products after 14 days. We will gladly replace any damaged or defective item immediately.
FOR DAMAGED OR MISSING PRODUCTS
If your product arrives damaged, immediately contact Eternal Radiance Ayurveda at 602.760.6403. Please take a photo of the damaged package and product. Do not discard the box nor any contents for possible UPS inspection. UPS requires a verification of the lost or damaged goods in order to provide any reimbursement. Failure to keep all contents of the package may invalidate a refund or replacement. If an item is leaking, place entire contents, including the box, inside a plastic bag. If an item is missing, please call or email us right away so that we may remedy the situation.
